When Poblano Peppers met
Green Apple & Cottage Cheese
Serves 4 people

2 poblano peppers
1 TONNINO Tuna fillets in Spring Water
½ cup cottage cheese
3 tbsp chopped chives
1 Granny Smith green apple
1 cup grated cheese
Dried Herbs (Herbes de Provence)
Extra Virgin olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1. Oil the poblano peppers, cut them lengthwise and remove all seeds and veins.
2. Mix the cottage cheese, the chives, the apple (cut in small cubes with skin) and a little bit of herbs. Add the tuna and mix carefully.
3. Stuff the peppers and cover with cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
