A new cheese class on learning how to pair cheese and charcuterie with various wines!
You bring the wine, we have the cheese! We will be asking participants to bring a bottle of their favorite wine (we will also be coordinating participants to make sure they don’t bring the same wines) and will explain the intricacies of pairing those wines with cheese and charcuterie.
How does the salt levels in certain cheeses and meats affect the wine? What pairs well with blue cheeses? How do the subtle flavors of cheeses play with the tannin and complexity of wine? Are all wines able to be paired?
Why pair cheese with wine anyway… does it really matter? If you’re in for a casual evening or a fancy affair, paring a cheese and wine can be a true experience! If you’re going to expend all the calories on these delicacies, why not make the most out of it! We’ll also cover why wines, or cheese for that matter, doesn’t have to be “top of the line” expensive in order to get a great experience!
We’ll be sharing your wine with the rest of the group as we share & pair!
$23 class fee, or FREE if you buy over $20 in products after the class.
